Bellevue is the Ist phase of development for Central Park-II and it comprises of nine towers. Each tower has 16 floors with three apartments per floor. All Bellevue towers are type B type, i.e. they comprise of three-bedroom apartments. Of the three apartments per floor, two face the twenty acre greens (2,350 sq. ft.) and the third (2,550 sq. ft.) outlooks the city. This phase has a total of 15 penthouses, of which 6 are 4 BHK duplex penthouses and also 18 townhouse/villas.

 

The IInd phase of development of Central Park-II is called Belgravia. It comprises of nine towers. Each tower has a total of 16 floors, with three apartments per floor.

1. The main door is provided with a magic eye and an optional video phone. All internal doors, including door frames, are made of solid hard wood.
     
2. The main door leads into the foyer (which includes the guest powder room), which then opens into the living and dining room.
